Hi Ladies!!!! If we all were completely honest, surrendering our cares to the Lord can be terrifying, nerve-wrecking, and even scary at times. Especially when we cannot see the solution to our problems and when we fear that the Lord will not come through for us and work everything out for our good as He promised!!! Ladies!!! We do not have to worry about the cares of our lives or even the outcome of our circumstances! God is so good and He is so faithful!!!!!!! He will always keep His promises to you! I know it doesn't feel like it at the moment, but you will surely see Him come through for you and you will know for yourself that He is faithful!!!

I know right now this season of your life is hard and you cannot wait for it to be over!!! So the pain, the anxiety, the worry, the fear, the anger, and the doubt would just leave!! I totally understand how you feel and the Lord does too!!! You do not have to be afraid to share your heart and your deepest concerns with the Lord because He is so understanding and mindful towards you! He does not expect for you to rejoice in hardship! It's okay for you to feel what you feel and you can go to him and express your feelings and He will not be angry!!!!! He so desperately wants you to come to Him and cast all your cares on Him so He can lovingly take care of you!

Because we cannot solve the difficulties that life brings! The Lord is the only one who can change our difficult circumstances and cause them to work for our good!!!! This is why He instructs us to cast our cares on Him. In which we place our full confidence and trust in Him to solve all of our problems and we stop trying to solve them in our own power and strength! Instead we will follow the leading of the Holy spirit on how to respond to the difficult circumstances of our lives. Which is why we can rejoice in hardship, because we know that the Lord will come through for us!!! He will not leave us helpless or hopeless!!!!! He will work every situation out for our good as we trust in Him and cast our cares upon Him. Because The Lord loves you and He wants to take the pressure off! He does not want you to be overloaded or overburdened by your circumstances! He wants you to enjoy your life and rest in his love, joy, and peace (John 10:10).

He wants to take good care of you and if you let him He will show you He can truly be trusted with the details of your life and He fill your life with His goodness!

This is what awaits you if you give all your burdens and cares to the Lord!! I promise you you will not be put to shame ( Romans 10:11)!!!! He will take the problems you are facing and give you His goodness!!!Because He does not withhold his goodness from us (Psalm 84:11).

So whatever situation in your life right now that is causing you to doubt the love and the goodness of the Lord; Take time each and everyday to lay down those burdens and challenges that you are facing right now down at the feet of Jesus. Which can be achieved verbally in prayer, journaling, or by writing each problem down on a sheet of paper and casting it away in a bag or any kind of container. There are so many creative ways to do this and in doing so remind yourself of the Love that the Lord has for you and be confident in the fact that He will never leave you or forsake you!!! The Good News is that He is right there with you and ready to help you through the difficult situations that you are facing right now!!!

During my season of hard trials I constantly meditated and confessed aloud Isaiah 41:10. If you are not familiar with this scripture it says:

Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged , for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

This scripture really got me through some really tough times!!!! I love this scripture so much because the Lord has truly proven to me over and over that He will strengthen me and help me in everything!!! I cried out to the Lord in prayer standing on this scripture and He surely heard me and fulfilled his promise to me!!!!!

Through those tough seasons of my life I learned how to depend on the Lord and to cast my cares upon him because he will truly take good care of us (Psalm 55:22). So Amazing Women Of God do not, I repeat, do not carry around those heavy burdens (the difficulties you are facing right now) give those burdens to the Lord and let him sustain you in this difficult season of your life! Spend time with Him in worship, prayer, and in studying His word. So that He can empower you to thrive in the midst of the tough season you are in right now! Let him satisfy you with His love and let him show you how Good and Faithful He is!!! So just take a deep breath, lean in to Jesus, and let him strengthen you, help you, and uphold you with his victorious right hand! I promise He will help you through this! Then when this difficult season has passed, you will undoubtedly know that the Lord is indeed Faithful and your trust in Him will be unshakeable!!!

Here are my favorite scriptures that encouraged and strengthened my heart to cast my cares upon the Lord!!

Psalm 62:8 (NLT)

O, My People, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge.

Romans 8:28 ( NLT)

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those that love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

Psalm 55:22 (NLT)

Give your burdens to the Lord, and He will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.

Psalm 138:8 (NLT, NKJV)

NLT Version

The Lord will work out his plans for my life-for your faithful love, O Lord endures forever. Don't abandon me, for you made me.

NKJV Version

The Lord will perfect all that which concerneth me;thy mercy, O Lord, endureth forever. Forsake not the works of thine own hands.

Psalm 34:5 (NLT)

Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.
